Third party hardware
We offer third party hardware as a courtesy to you. Any hardware, such as POS hardware, is sold directly through TwinPeaks: you will never be redirected to a third party site. As a courtesy during support, we may disclose information about you to solve your hardware-related issue with the vendor of that product.
How your personal information is protected
We know how important your privacy is. All information collected is maintained on secure servers either owned by us or stored in a data center with restricted physical access. We use a variety of security measures to secure your data, including regular backups, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates and technology. Accesses to all servers are restricted and we use a variety of security measures to secure access and your data. Your entire credit card number is encrypted and saved on our servers for monthly and future charges. However, the last four digits of your credit card number may be stored in a non-encrypted format and used to track your transaction history. Please note that we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not be able to defeat our security measures locally or at a third party, though we have taken preventative measures to secure your data from theft.
