FAQ for Business Referral Program

What is the TwinPeaks Online business referral program?

Our referral program rewards you for recommending new business to TwinPeaks Online. We pay $250 for each new customer that you refer to us.

How can I refer someone?

Complete the referral form here www.twinpeaks.net/tph/refer-a-business. We will reach out to the contact you referred to us via email and phone and tell them you sent us..

Do you limit the amount of referrals one person can give?

We do not limit how many referrals you can provide, nor how much you can earn via our program. If you refer 3 or more business that purchase, you will be required to send us a W9 for tax purposes. If your primary business is referrals, please see our Partner Program.

I referred a business to you, where’s my reward?

You are eligible to be paid once your referral becomes a paying customer of TwinPeaks Online. We usually send an email to you within 10 days of their first billing cycle (please make sure your email is up to date in our system). We pay by check or by Paypal.*

What will NOT be considered a valid referral eligible for a referral payment?

• When you refer a business to us that referred you.
• When you refer your own business, or when you refer a previously referred business using different email addresses to try circumvent fraud detection.
• When you refer a new location that is part of a current customer’s business.
• TwinPeaks Online reserves the right to refuse any referral payout based on findings of its own investigations into suspected fraudulent activity.

Have you earned more than $600 in one year?

Any persons who earn over $600 in a tax year must provide TwinPeaks Online with a copy of their W9 by emailing it to [email protected]. Any delays in payment as a result of failure to submit W9 is not the responsibility of TwinPeaks Online or its employees.

Statute of Limitations on Non Electronic Referrals and Payments

In general, a referral should be created via www.twinpeaks.net/tph/refer-a-business. However, if a referral is generated by word-of-mouth, the new customer or the referrer has 90 days after the first billing cycle to notify TwinPeaks Online of the referral. Please call TwinPeaks Online at 1-866-492-2537.

Anyone eligible to receive a referral payment has 120 days to accept payment (via check or Paypal), otherwise the referral bonus is forfeit.
